Sean’s culinary journey commenced at 19, following a year in university. He found himself in a Mexican restaurant in Texas, a family-owned establishment where his culinary aspirations began to flourish. Here, he discovered his innate talent and unwavering passion for the culinary arts.

Returning to Seattle, Sean embarked on a path that led him through various esteemed restaurants across the city. These formative years allowed him to refine his culinary skills, develop a discerning palate, and harness his innate ability to craft exceptional dishes.

A New Chapter in the Sunshine State

In 2013, Sean’s journey brought him to the vibrant culinary scene in West Palm Beach, Florida. Here, he joined forces with Chef Matthew Byrne to head “Kitchen,” a restaurant renowned for its innovation and dedication to culinary excellence. As the Executive Sous Chef, Sean played a pivotal role in shaping the restaurant’s culinary direction, ensuring the consistent delivery of exceptional dining experiences.
